Welcome to Lick Your Plate! My name is Lauren and I am so happy to have you here! I made this blog to sort all of our clean recipes, tips, tricks, grocery lists and meal plans! Here you will find recipes that are made up of whole foods, clean ingredients and that are geared towards being just as delicious as they are easy! Most of our recipes are Whole30, Paleo, and Keto friendly besides some treats for the kids which will be listed under desserts in case you want to avoid that section!
